Directions

1. Mix 15g (1 tablespoon) of powder per 1 litre of warm water.

2. Circulate solution through the cold brew system following equipment manufacturer instructions.

3. For removable parts, soak for 15–30 minutes.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before returning to service.
