DELIVERIES TO THE UK ONLY

We can only accept orders to be delivered to destinations in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Channel Islands, Ireland and orders under 3kg to Northern Ireland. Deliveries outside the UK cannot be accepted. Many thanks to all those people who’ve made enquiries from outside the UK – we hope to be able to offer this service at some point in the near future.

We accept refunds and exchanges.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working days of receiving them. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible. 

Standard delivery is charged at £4.96 per order (mainland UK)
For all orders over £25 (before delivery) , delivery is FREE 

DELIVERY GUIDE

We aim to deliver all Urnex orders within 3 workings days of purchase although ideally, as soon as possible. Please see the information below.

DHL Express/UK Mail

The DHL Express service offers a tracked delivery that must be signed for upon receipt, although you can select your own delivery instructions to be left in your absence if you choose (under these circumstances, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss if the parcel has not been signed for.)

  1. Any orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day. Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday.

VAT ON DELIVERY

While our product prices are inclusive of VAT, all delivery prices stated on this page are exclusive of VAT.

VAT is added to delivery charges if any purchased items are VAT rated products. This means the final quoted delivery charge may be more than the quoted figures here.

Coffee itself is not a VAT rated product. Equipment or gift packs including non coffee products are VAT rated.

DELIVERY WEIGHT

THE WEIGHT OF AN ORDER IS THE COMBINED PACK WEIGHT OF PRODUCT AND THE WEIGHT OF ITS DELIVERY PACKAGING. WEIGHTS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE ARE THE PRODUCT PACK WEIGHTS ONLY.

IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER PLEASE CONTACT US, EITHER BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT TO INFORM US OF YOUR ISSUE.
