Limescale build-up can restrict water flow, reduce temperature stability, and affect taste — Dezcal restores performance and extends equipment life.

The liquid format makes dosing simple and ensures quick dissolution. This 1L bottle is suitable for both commercial service and home use. Dezcal is phosphate-free, biodegradable, and safe for use on all machine metals.

⚙️ Tech / Usage Notes

🧪For Coffee and Espresso Machines (In-Machine Descaling)

Dilution Ratio:
Use 1 part Dezcal to 10 parts warm water
(Example: 100ml Dezcal + 1,000ml warm water)

Steps:

1. Prepare a descaling solution using a 1:10 ratio (1 part Dezcal to 10 parts warm water).
2. Add the solution to the machine’s water tank or boiler.
3. Run the machine until approximately half of the solution has passed through.
4. Switch off the machine and allow the solution to sit for 15–20 minutes.
5. Switch the machine back on and run the remaining solution through.
6. Rinse thoroughly by running at least two full tanks of clean water through the machine.

For Commercial Applications (Boilers Removed Prior to Descaling)

Dilution Ratio:
Mix 1 part Dezcal to 10 parts warm water.

Steps:

1. Prepare the descaling solution at a 1:10 ratio.
2. Fully submerge the removed boiler or component in the solution.
3. Allow to soak until scale deposits dissolve.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before reinstalling.

For Soaking Individual Parts

Dilution Ratio:
Mix 1 part Dezcal to 10 parts warm water.

Steps:

1. Prepare the solution using the 1:10 ratio.
2. Submerge components in the solution.
3. Soak for up to 30 minutes, depending on scale build-up.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before reassembly.

TIP: Liquid Dezcal™ is suitable for use by both professional technicians and home users alike. When used on commercial and "closed system" brewers (with a holding tank), special attention should be paid to rinsing.
